“ Yum, Yum, Yum!! When you drive up to Gordita Express it doesn't look like much, in fact, you may drive right past it. This is a small, restaurant located in the small town of Emory. Most people do not go inside, but stop by the drive through, hence the word, "Express," in the title, but this food is anything reminiscent of most fast food fare. If you find inside or get something in the drive through, you will not be disappointed. They serve authentic Mexican food, I always try something new, and I've never been dissatisfied. I recommend the sopes, and the breakfast burritos are insanely good. ”
